ChapmanAlbin Law Firm offers a $1000 scholarship for aspiring lawyers. An essay of 300-500 regarding the reason(s) you decided to pursue a legal profession and the specific turning point in your history to lead you to that decision. Michael P. Fleming & Associates is offering a $1000 scholarship to 1L students. An essay is required regarding personal injury or civil litigation law and why you deserve the award. Infinity Law Group provides a $1000 annual scholarship to law students of Asian heritage. The scholarship is intended to encourage more Asian-American students to choose a degree that will help them give back to the Asian community. See https://www.infinlaw.com/scholarship/. The deadline is August 1 each year. 

Nadrich & Cohen, LLP offers a $1000 scholarship for 2018-19 to help the next generation of legal advocates intending to pursue a law degree at an accredited U.S. law school.  See https://www.personalinjurylawcal.com/nadrich-cohen-civil-justice-scholarship-fund/. The deadline is August 1, 2018.

Newsom Melton is offering a $1500 Scholarship twice per year in the spring and fall for student leaders. A 500-1000 word essay on the topic of leadership (see website for topic choices) is required. The Expert Institute offers a $2000 online legal writing scholarship for the best legal blog post written by a law student on the topic of expert witnesses. To be considered for the scholarship, you must submit a 1,500 to 2,500 word blog-style article on the use of expert witnesses in litigation. See https://www.theexpertinstitute.com/writing-contest/. The deadline is December 31, 2018.

American Indian College Fund awards educational scholarships to American Indian/Alaska Native undergraduate and graduate students attending tribal colleges and public or private/non-profit colleges.
