The Academy for IDEA Administrative Law Judges and Hearing Officers, on behalf of the California Office of Administrative Hearings, conducted a five-day training for special education hearing officers and mediators at the Sheraton Universal City Hotel in Los Angeles, California, on April 16-20, 2012. Attendance was available to any person currently serving as a special education hearing officer or mediator.
