This 5.75 hour program was designed by experienced practitioners who know the most relevant and important topics in engaging important and emerging areas of Health Law. It is the final portion of the 18 hour Health Law Certificate program and is intended for those attorneys interested in seeing how the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act is changing the world of Health Care Law.
Topics include regulatory compliance, bioethics, malpractice, and of course, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Most importantly, during this program you will receive perspectives on topics from plaintiffs, defendants, and regulators.
Health Law is a growing area of practice. For those lawyers wanting to learn more about how to practice in this area or broaden the information they already have, this program was designed for you. Current practitioners will also gain an update on substantive issues facing the practice of health law, especially in regard to the impact of health law reform on established health care laws.
This 5.75 hour program is devoted solely to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and its effects.
