Application Process

The application deadline is Friday, March 9, 2018.

Completed early applications have the best chance of securing a spot in the program and securing the first choice of course. Applications accepted after the deadline of Friday, March 9, 2018, may not get first choice in class selection so it is strongly suggested to get applications in as soon as possible.

You are also required to log into the Seattle University  Horizons Travel Page and complete the requested information by Friday, April 27, 2018. If you have any difficulties with the Horizons page, please contact Gina Lopardo, Specialist in the SU Education Abroad Office. Her phone number is (206) 296-6460. Please note: to accommodate all participating students, there is an SU Horizons Page and a new Non-SU Horizons Page. Any participating student who does not complete their Horizons page by the deadline of Friday, April 27, 2018 will be subject to a $125.00 late penalty fee. We are required to submit all applicant information to the State Department for processing on Monday, April 30, 2018.
