        In addition, there will be a video of a mock client interview posted for you to watch before class. Your professor will let you know when this video is available. 

        For your second class of the first week, please read sections 1.1 through 1.4, sections 11.1 through 11.3, and section 11.4.1 (Example Memo 1) in The Legal Writing Handbook, 7th Edition.  In addition, , please read sections 2.1, 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.2.14, and 2.3 in Chapter Two of Essential Lawyering Skills, which is also in the Supplemental Reading Packet.
