One class will be offered during the August 2017 Intersession. Advanced Topics in Delaware Corporate Law will be taught as a one-week intensive course from August 14 - 17. This course will be taught by Distinguished Jurist in Residence Tamika Montgomery-Reeves, Vice Chancellor on the Delaware Court of Chancery. Delaware is the most important jurisdiction for the development of American corporate law, which makes the opportunity to study with Vice Chancellor Montgomery Reeves especially valuable.

Any current 2L - 4L Seattle University School of Law student who has completed the Business Entities (BUSN-300) prerequisite is eligible to register for Advanced Topics in Delaware Corporate Law. Upper-level students from other ABA accredited law schools may apply to register for the intersession course as a visiting student. 1L students are not eligible to register.

The intersession credit does not count towards the Fall 2017 Semester academic credit load. Full-time students may take 16 credits during Fall 2017 plus one intersession course without petitioning for overload approval. Part-time students may take 11 credits during Fall 2017 plus one intersession course without petitioning for overload approval.

Fall 2017 financial aid refunds will not be available until Thursday, August 24th. No financial aid refunds will be available during the August 2017 Intersession. Tuition for the August 2017 Intersession is due Friday, August 25th (the Fall 2017 Semester tuition due date).
