The Office of the Registrar works to connect you with important information and direct you to areas that may be of help, including:

Enrollment Verification

Students are responsible for deferring payment of their student loans by submitting a loan deferment form to the Office of the Registrar. These forms are available directly from the lender.

Privacy Rights

Currently enrolled students may withhold disclosure of any category of information under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. To withhold disclosure, written notification must be given to the Office of the Registrar.

Leave of Absence

Students requiring a Leave of Absence should consult with the Associate Dean for Student Affairs.

Change of Name or Address

Changes to contact information via SU Online or the Office of the Registrar will update all administrative offices including the School of Law Library.

Transcripts

The Office of the Registrar offers four easy, convenient ways to order your transcripts, letter of good standing, letter of class rank, enrollment verification and LSDAS report (first page only). Typically, we ask for two full working days to process all requests.

Veterans Affairs Benefits

The Department of Veterans Affairs is responsible for determining eligibility for VA education benefits and for authorizing payment for the benefits.
